Splish Splash

Yesterday Nic and I wanted to get out of the house, mostly because the kids were being... Well... Kids. A friend of mine had told me there was a splash park in South Santaquin so we set out to find it. And we did. Here are some of the 130 pictures we took.

See all of the posts had buttons on them, and when you push them water sprays out of them. So pretty much, you push and run, it's like running through giant sprinklers, it was so much fun!

Okay, this needs explanation cause it was SOOOOO funny. The only downfall of this park is that there was a swarm of wasps on the playground. It was awful. You can't really see them in this picture. Nic is trying with everything to get Alex to come down off this thing but he is intrigued by the wasps and keeps trying to touch them saying "Bee. Bee." and Nic is saying "Alex, you're killing me here."

This is the funniest picture... LOL

Only Keili!!! This post shoots mist out of the 3 pipes. Miley and Keili were fascinated by it. Of course just feeling it fall on you wasn't enough for Keili... she had to touch it.

Doing summersalts down the hill. Keili was too afraid to back summersalt so I went and did one to show her. The conclusion from that experience was 3 fold... 1. It was a lot easier to do than I anticipated. 2. I am freaking old. 3. I'm glad Nic was nice enough not to shoot a picture.

Keili did summersalts all the way down the hill then back up the hill. Man, to be young again...

Miley ended the trip quite nicely. She is such a good girl, she was the easiet of Nic's kids to potty train, she took to it so well. And don't you worry, she rarely pee's in her pants, instead, she just drops her pants and pee's where's she's at. (Notice the wet spot on the sidewalk around the corner from her?- Yep... pee!) This is her pulling up her pants. I was laughing and said to Nic, "Well... at least she doesn't pee in her pants- that's potty trained, right?"
